Working with our funding partner Belltone, we acquired a prime site of 0.84 acres in Crawley town centre with extensive frontage to Northgate Avenue.
Planning was achieved for 98 units with 53 car spaces on 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
Construction work commenced in March 2018 and is scheduled for completion Q2 2020.
